I'm writing this as a cautionary tale for anyone considering this website. My online shopping experience was abysmal, and the aftermath was even worse. After spending $372, I received a pair of glasses that were already scratched. My attempts to initiate a simple return have turned into a two-day-long battle with an unhelpful automated system, forcing me to leave this review. My final conclusion is this: Been trying for 2 days to TALK TO A HUMAN to fix an issue…no luck. Will NOT be buying from them again. Spent $372 on SCRATCHED glasses and tried to start a return/exchange. Never received the return label and the “bot” just continues to send it to my email, that I never received! I finally insisted on speaking to a person to get this resolved.

Customer: Finally, a human. I've spent two days trying to get a return label for my scratched glasses. Your bot is useless, and I've received nothing.

CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about your frustrating experience and the issue with your glasses. I can absolutely help you with this right now. Can I please have your order number?

Customer: It's [Order Number]. I spent $372 and I expect better service than this. I just want the return label so I can send these back.

CS Rep: I completely understand. Thank you for the order number. I see the issue with the automated emails. I am personally generating a new return label and sending it directly from my own email address to you. Please let me know if you receive it.

Customer: I just got it. Thank you. This whole process has been unacceptable.
