My recent experience was a nightmare, and I feel obligated to share my direct conclusion about it: I "Received terrible glasses that gave me headaches for 14 days of trying them. I asked to return them on the 15th day, and they said absolutely not--their return policy is 14 days. Very unhelpful customer service."
