⚠️ A Health & Safety Nightmare: Wrong Prescription & Ghost Customer Service


I'm writing this as a warning to others about my awful experience. I ordered a pair of safety glasses, but the company sent me the wrong prescription safety glasses, causing dizziness and nausea. What's worse is that it’s been Impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved. Multiple chat sessions, phone calls and emails and still can’t get in touch with anyone. This isn't just an inconvenience; it's a serious health and safety issue. After weeks of frustration, I finally managed to connect with a representative, determined to get a resolution.

Customer: I finally get a real person. You sent me the wrong prescription. I’ve had headaches and nausea for days because of your mistake, and your bots and automated emails are a complete dead end.

CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about this and the trouble you've had reaching us. That is completely unacceptable, especially when it affects your health. Can I please have your order number so I can pull up your details and fix this immediately?

Customer: It's order #54321. Fix it? I’ve been trying to get this fixed for weeks. How do I know you'll actually do anything this time? This is a safety issue.
