A Health Hazard & A Customer Service Nightmare 🤢
I'm writing this to warn everyone about my disastrous online shopping experience. I thought I was getting a good deal, but it turned into a health hazard. They sent me the wrong prescription safety glasses, causing dizziness and nausea. To make matters worse, it was impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved. After multiple useless chat sessions, phone calls to nowhere, and unanswered emails, I finally managed to speak to someone and felt I had to share what happened. I strongly recommend buying from another company even if it’s a few more dollars.
Customer: Finally, a human! Your company sent me safety glasses with the wrong prescription. They're making me dizzy and nauseous. I've tried calling and emailing for days with no response!
